The V2101 embedded computer is based on the Intel Atom Z510PT processor - the most rugged CPU available today, and feature two serial ports, dual Gigabit LAN ports, four USB 2.0 hosts, and an SD socket. V2100 computers offer both VGA and LVDS outputs, making it perfect for industrial applications such as SCADA and factory automation. This tiny yet powerful industrial computer is perfectly suited for industrial applications that require high-speed serial communication, network redundancy, and multiple storage expansions. Wide temperature models of the V2101 support an operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C, making them suitable for harsh industrial environments.

In addition, V2101 computer comes pre-installed with Linux, Windows CE 6.0, or Windows Embedded Standard 2009 to provide programmers with a friendly environment for developing sophisticated application software. Moxa provides easy-to-use software tools to alleviate a programmer’s workload, making it easy to write bug-free code and saving valuable time and development costs.

Compared to the existing solution for LVDS resolution selection, Moxa's V2101 computer allows users to choose more panel resolutions by separate configuration of individual data bits (18-bit or 24-bit). This reduces the cost and workload of field site applications that require different panel resolutions.

Existing solutions typically only provide 16 options, while Moxa’s V2101 computer can offer more resolution options. Moreover, the hot key design allows users to easily re-select the correct panel resolution if they have configured it incorrectly.
